All employees of Western Water Disposal are responsible to carry out all  procedures, policies, and safety legislation, improving safety conditions and making recommendations to management for improvements.

The objective of Western Water Disposal is to create a safe workplace which allows employees and contractors to avoid serious injury or a lost time incident. With training and supervision, all employees effectively apply the policies provided them and as stated in our safety and loss prevention program and company policies.

The policy and procedures contained in our safety and loss prevention manual create the minimum standards to be exercised by every employee to “work safe”. Of course, Alberta legislation shall have precedent over any statement in our safety and loss prevention manual. It is each and every employee’s responsibility to ensure that they are familiar with, and adopt applicable legislation and standards as it applies to them, the workplace and the Company.
